Chianina beef” T-bone ribeye, tenderloin or “Italian Kobe beef” steaks, the classic Ossobuco di Vitella alla Fiorentina (Florentine-style Heifer Marrowbone Stew), the Peposo alla Chiantigiana (Peppery Tuscan beef cooked in red Chianti wine). For fish connoisseurs, we have selected the best products in order to always ensure excellent quality at the dining table. There is a whole wealth of typical Tuscan-style dishes such as the Ribollita (Tuscan-style bean, vegetable and bread stew), Tagliatelle served with porcini mushroom sauce, Pappardelle served with a wild boar ragu sauce and Ravioli served with a truffle sauce.
